Things we listen to play a HUGE part in our state of mind and music is something we often overlook. If you want a peaceful mind and peaceful kids you have to cultivate an atmosphere that breeds positivity.

How do you maintain a peaceful mind? We find our answer in the last part Isaiah 26:3. "You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you!" Your thought life is powerful, and music is one of the best ways to follow this verse. It's often overlooked because most people don't realize that music carries a message that tells our mind how to feel and how to react. Why drown yourself in the sorrows of this world when you can redirect your attention on the goodness of God and bring joy back into your day?
